Delivery information

You will receive an email after your order is processed. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. If by any chance the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted personally.

EA make-up works together with B-post to ship all orders in Belgium. You will find your tracking code in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Deliveries are done on working days only during regular business hours, not on Belgian holidays.

Delivery timing and costs

• Standard home delivery in Belgium: 3 to 5 business days, 6,50€ (*)

• Standard home delivery Netherlands: 3 to 7 business days, 7,50 €

• Standard home delivery Luxembourg 9,00€, Germany 8,50€+ France 10,50€: 3 to 7 business days

(*) Free shipping for all orders over 100,00€, only applicable within Belgium.

Returns

We select our products with the greatest care, however you might be unhappy with your puchase. You have the right to return your purchased items. You need to notify us within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to return it and send back the products immediatly.

If you want to return your order please send an email to info@ellenasaert.com, including your order number and reason for return. Return costs will be paid for by the customer and are non-refundable. All approved returns must be sent back to us with a trackable shipping method. 

Only regular priced items can be returned, items sold at a discount can not be refunded or exchanged.

For an eligible return, your item must be:

• Unopened, within the original packaging.

• In new condition

• Undamaged, in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable to our online workouts and giftcards.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. When your return is approved, we will credit your creditcard or any other original payment method within a certain amount of days.
